How Do We Attract More Clients at

This is an issue people usually run into in making new websites. We really don’t know how to address and figure out whom to look for when looking for an audience. It’s a common misunderstanding to new developers but I have researched several key points that can help attract more clients to

1. Define Your Market

There are many questions to ask yourself when you’re looking whom you want to market to. Who is this product/service for? Obviously, we are marketing to all college students at every level. But especially students who cannot afford full-price textbooks. These are the students we’d like to target the most to ensure they are satisfied with our service.

2. Set Attainable Goals and Deadlines

We have many deadlines for our online stop this year and plan to launch some marketing steps to connect with more people, like:

  • Buying advertisements to appear when people search “textbooks”, “cheap textbooks”, and “textbooks for loan”.
  • We’ve partnered with many campuses in Washington state and allows us to advertise our website on their buildings and keep cards on the welcome desks of those schools.
  • In addition, we have seminars with local nonprofits, high schools, and state reemployment facilities that are encouraging people whom are interesting in pursing college.

With those goals ahead of us, we hope to accomplish a great deal of outreach on our part and encourage those than college can be made affordable.

3. Client Relationships

This is a major part of who we are as a company. We are customer obsessed. This means that we go above and beyond for our customers to ensure that they receive ample and supportive customer service. Because we know how stressful having textbooks on time, we offer selections for 1-day delivery for our loyal customers!

If you aren’t satisfied with your delivery, we always offer a 100% refund within 30 days of your rental! Please don’t hesitate! Enjoy college with some extra cash in your pocket!
